What is Shipfight?

Shipfight is a Java version of the classic Battleship board game and it can be played as one player game against computer (four different difficulty levels available) or as two player game against real-life opponent. (A network or Internet -connection is required for two player game.)

The game is played on two grid boards, with a message screen and a chat box for communication between players (two player game).

At the beginning of the game both players have five ships: one of all the sizes from five to one. And of course - the purpose of the game is to sink all enemyships before your own ships are all destroyed.

How to install/remove

The application has been released for all Windows (32-bit) operating systems. Installation packages can be found here:
Installing (in Windows):
The installer program will quide you through the process, just follow the instructions.
When installing program, an entry is created to the 'Add or Remove Programs' -list of Windows.

Removing (in Windows):
You can remove ShipFight by using the 'Uninstall ShipFight'-shortcut that is created during installation.

OR

You can use the Windows-utility 'Add or Remove Programs':

1. [Start]-[Settings]-[Control Panel]-[Add or Remove Programs]
2. Select 'Shipfight' from the 'Currently installed programs list'
3. [Change/Remove]
4. Uninstaller program starts
5. Accept uninstallation by clicking [Uninstall]
6. ... and it's gone
